Projects
Fair and True
During my first capstone course to apply what I'd learned, I spent a semester working on the beginnings of a video game inspired by folklore and storytelling. While the game was never meant to be finished it provided plenty of experience into multiple aspects of creating a project like this. I spent time researching the subject matter, the intended audience, and the programs I utilized to implement the game. I used programs like the Unity Game Engine, Krita, and Piskel to make the art and implement gameplay.

Virtual Shopping Experience Interface
For a Human-Computer Interaction course, I worked within a team to implement a virtual shopping experience that allowed the user to shop utilizing an avatar. My main role within the team was being one the of the individuals that implemented our ideas within Figma for a more Hi-Fi wireframing experience.
App Armor Add-On Interface
For my second capstone experience, I spent an entire semester working on a team to make an interface for a Linux application that would make utilizing the AppArmor program more user friendly as it can currently only be used from the command line. This project required the team to work closely with our client to implement the requirements asked of us. Our client asked for something simple for design so they could focus on the implementation and let the users preset Linux theme dictate most of the design like color. Our team spent time researching the current method of use for the AppArmor users and what they typically need for average security purposes. We maintained contact with our client weekly and created multiple prototypes on paper and delivered a Hi-Fi prototype utilizing Figma.
